Building and Decorating Specifications - Additional Information
The specifications take the form of a point by point instruction list for the implementation of the design as conceived and drawn by us. They ensure that a contractor quotes on the whole job by eliminating misunderstandings about the scope of the work, this reduces the incidence of chargeable extras at the end of the project.
Commissioning of specifications is mandatory if you intend to get a quotation from one of our recommended contractors.
