Eclectic 20th Century Interior Design
The eclectic mix of mid-century modern furniture and accessories in Adrienne's flat reflects her colourful personality. Vintage silk scarves have been framed or made up into striking cushions. A 1970s smoked glass dining table and leather and chrome swivel chairs sit happily with the 1970s turquoise shaggy rug. A vintage 1960s rosewood sideboard provides the perfect place for a display of turquoise Italian Bitozzi ceramics and vintage Whitefriars art glass pieces. A contemporary rose painting by Yasmin Seaman has pride of place on the the main wall.
A 19th century brass bed, Arts & Crafts desk, Quebec pine chest of drawers and vintage Lloyd Loom furniture provide the eclectic base for a collection of Art Deco, Victorian and Oriental drawings, embroidery and photography.
